    • Allow it to cool for a minute, then carefully roll it up into a tight cylinder.
    • Repeat this process with the remaining batter.

  1. Prepare the tempering:
    • Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat.
    • Add mustard seeds and Sesame seeds let them splutter. Then add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and curry leaves. Stir for a few seconds.
    • Add finely chopped green chilies and sauté for another minute.
    • Turn off the heat and keep the tempering aside.
  2. Garnish and Serve:
    • Once the rolled Khandavi cylinders have cooled, slice them into bite-sized pieces.
    • Arrange the Khandavi pieces on a serving dish.
    • Drizzle the prepared tempering over the Khandavi pieces.
    • Finally, garnish with grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
