    • Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 2:

  1. Rolling and Cooking the Thepla:
    • After resting the dough, divide it into small lemon-sized portions.
    • Take one portion and roll it into a ball. Flatten it slightly between your palms and dust it with some wheat flour.
