    •  Mix everything well to form a sticky mixture. 
    • Shape the mixture into small balls, ensuring they are compact. 
    • Heat oil in a deep pan or wok on medium heat. 
    • Deep fry the Manchurian balls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
    • Drain the balls on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.

    • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes gloss
